Contemporary photography. International dialogue. New perspectives
Ukrainian Photo Days in Austria - B&W edition - is an annual contemporary black-and-white photography exhibition in Vienna bringing together diverse artistic perspectives of Ukrainian photographers from Ukraine and diaspora. Presented at Das LOT in Vienna, Austria, the exhibition explores the many possibilities of photographic practice through distinct visual languages and personal approaches. Vienna, with its long-standing position at the crossroads of European cultures, provides a natural setting for this international artistic dialogue. The exhibition takes place at a dynamic cultural site of Brotfabrik Wien and is part of a famous Austrian festival Herbstfest am Brotfabrik.
Organized by Art Contact Ukraine, Kyivphotos-Hall 2012; in partnership with Das LOT.
Previous exhibition 4600 Nocturnes took place on September 24-27, 2026.
The call is open for submitions.
The exhibition will take place in Vienna in September, 2027 at Das LOT, Brotfabrik Wien, Absberggasse 31, 1100, Vienna, Austria
Ukrainian Photo Days in Austria — B&W edition — це щорічна виставка сучасної чорно-білої фотографії у Відні, яка об’єднує різноманітні мистецькі погляди українських фотографів з України та української діаспори. Представлена у Das LOT у Відні, Австрія, виставка досліджує широкі можливості фотографічної практики через різноманітні візуальні мови та індивідуальні художні підходи. Відень, який протягом століть залишається перетином європейських культур, є природним середовищем для такого міжнародного мистецького діалогу. Виставка відбувається на динамічному культурному майданчику Brotfabrik Wien та є частиною відомого австрійського фестивалю Herbstfest am Brotfabrik Wien.
